Vortrip is a booking platform. Experiences are provided by independent suppliers, who are responsible for delivering them as described.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and follow supplier instructions, age, health and safety requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
4. Platform usage
You may not misuse the platform, including scraping, interfering with its security, or reselling bookings without our written permission.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at booking through secure encrypted checkout. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for it.
