1. Booking grace period
Unless the product page states otherwise, you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the experience start time.
2. Supplier cancellation rules
Each experience is operated by an independent supplier whose cancellation terms are shown on the product page and in your confirmation. Where they differ from this policy, the supplier's stated terms apply.
Cancellations made after the cutoff, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable.
3. Cancellations by the supplier
If a supplier cancels due to weather, safety or minimum-participant requirements, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Instant vouchers
Instant-confirmation vouchers are valid only for the date, time and participants booked. Changes are subject to supplier availability and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
6. How to cancel
Contact our support team with your booking reference. Bookings are operated by GOLOJOY TECH CO., LTD. under the Vortrip brand.
